Tata should not have ventured into West Bengal when a commie regime is in power. The commies are the main reason why Nandigram and Singur are burning. It should pull out immediately from Singur because that will teach the commies a lesson or two.

This is very depressing for Tata. Already the Nano project has been delayed. Tata should not have taken the guarantees given by the West Bengal government on face value when it assured the company that it will sort out the problems there. They should have moved out long back. So much time has been lost.

Extremely sad to see Ratan Tata they way he spoke of Singur and pulling out of West Bengal. He is seeing his baby - the Tata Nano project getting stuck in the political quagmire of Bengal.

This post by The Desert says it all.

Tata should go to Tatanagar. Communists cant be trusted anywhere in the world. If land is made available, there will be labour problem. If that is taken care of then, infrastructure development is going to be a big headache. The earliest they pull out, the better it is.
